SMS Compliance & Communication

This SMS Compliance Policy outlines the terms under which Florida Massage Elite LLC (“Florida Massage Elite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sends text message communications to users of the platform. By providing your mobile number, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Express Written Consent

By providing your mobile number, you provide “Express Written Consent” to receive administrative alerts and business communications from Florida Massage Elite. These communications may include:

  • Account verification codes and security alerts.
  • Profile approval, rejection, or moderation notices.
  • Subscription billing reminders and payment notifications.
  • Important platform updates or policy changes.
  • Client inquiries forwarded by the platform (where applicable).

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Your consent applies only to the mobile number you provide and may not be transferred.

2. Opt-Out & Termination

You may revoke consent and opt-out of mobile communications at any time.

  • To Stop: Reply STOP to any message to terminate communication. You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out has been processed.
  • For Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact contact@floridamassageelite.com.
  • Re-subscribe: After opting out, you may re-enable SMS communications by updating your account preferences or contacting support.

Opting out of SMS does not affect email communications or the operation of your account. Important transactional notices may continue via email.

3. Terms & Frequency

Message frequency varies based on account activity and the nature of the communication. On average, active users can expect 2 to 10 messages per month. High-activity periods (e.g., onboarding, subscription renewal, or profile review) may result in higher frequency.

Message and data rates may apply according to your individual mobile carrier plan. Florida Massage Elite is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

4. Supported Carriers

SMS services are supported on all major U.S. mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and Google Fi. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

Mobile numbers collected for SMS communications are handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Security Policy. We do not sell mobile numbers to third parties. SMS is delivered through our telecommunications partners solely for the purposes described in this policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this SMS Compliance Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
